About Medical Shop Billing ERP
Medical Shop Billing ERP is a complete billing and management system for retail medical shops. It is already built and in use, so it can be set up for your shop rather than developed from scratch.
At the counter it handles fast billing with medicine search, full-pack or loose unit sales, item-level discounts, GST calculation and printed invoices. Cash, card, UPI and credit are all supported, and credit customers have their own ledger so outstanding balances stay visible.
Behind the counter it tracks stock batch by batch, with purchase rate, MRP and expiry date held against each batch, along with rack locations for finding stock quickly. Purchases are managed end to end - purchase orders, supplier invoices, and returns to suppliers - and sales returns are handled the same way.
Day-to-day running is covered too: a cash register with day-end reconciliation, doctor and prescription records against bills, reports on sales, stock and GST, user accounts with role-based access, and an activity log of who changed what.
